"Wow! Such a great place, Dr dyana gave my cat so much individual attention and such a compassionate, yet thorough exam. my cat was as relaxed as she could be for the situation. and she spent all the time I needed going over treatment plans, medical history, possible things to look out for- she was so helpful! The tech was also so awesome and compassionate, he discussed various costs and really worked hard with me to get the best care for my cat for the best price. I love this vet office!"

"Seriously, as good as it gets. The reason we named our cat Angel was because she is far from it when it comes to meeting new people, let alone being handled by strangers. Well, I think our cat speaks for itself. The whole time she only hissed once. Dr. Mitchell and her assistant held Angel's hand the entire time. They spoiled her like I would, and gave really good recommendations without being pushy about other services. They spoke with professionalism and familiarity, while still being friendly allowing us to be my informal selves. Our family thanks you guys, I'm sure we'll be back. If you're looking for a thoughtful, legitimate place to take care of your animals, this is the place to go."

"I've been bringing my pets to this animal clinic for 9 years. The staff is friendly, they provide great service, and take good care of my pets. The only thing that bothers me is how I never receive the containers back that I put their food in for their all day wellness exams. From now on, I'll just put the food in Ziploc bags. Otherwise great family owned business."

"I have been taking my pets to Battlefield for over 20 years. Most recently I had to make the decision to put down my very old very sick dog. The staff at Battlefield was professional and so compassionate through the entire process. I even received a letter of condolences from the doctor a few days after the procedure. I will always trust the staff and doctors at Battlefield to take care of my fur babies."

"I came to Battlefield Animal Clinic to get my 7 month old Pomeranian neutered. I had previously gone to a neutering clinic (low cost), but my puppy got rejected because his testicles had not dropped, something I was not aware of - a condition called cryptorchid.

I made numerous calls to multiples vets around the area, and the estimate for this more extensive surgery was obscene. Battlefield had the most reasonable price by far, so that's what led me to this clinic.

Upon arriving at the clinic, I was extremely weary and hesitant to enter because of the appearance of the clinic. There was a wooden board, boarding up the front of the clinic with spray painted writing, which I later found out was due to a bizarre car accident. I felt uncomfortable the entire time until I met the doctor who would perform the procedure. He was knowledgeable and put me at ease about my concerns. I decided to put my trust in his hands, and I'm glad I did.

After the surgery, I was warmly greeted by the staff members. The doctor who performed the surgery was wonderful and performed the surgery with no complications. The price was as they quoted over the phone and in the consultation. No fuss / no surprises. The front desk staff members were so caring and even informed me that my puppy had been held while he awoke the anesthesia. I appreciated this so much.

Overall, the clinic's service was great. Traveling all the way from Fairfax was well worth the drive. Don't judge a book by its cover!"
